I gotta admit, there is something strong and enduring about Hammer there in that last panel that makes what she’s been through easier to take in as a reader. Plus, it’s always good to see some Karma being paid back.
Although, wow… I honestly had forgotten that Sasha was Hammer’s first real name. I’m so used to calling her by her call sign that when Jill first called her Sasha, I thought it was a pet name she had given Hammer.

No I think its more of a case of Jill being the only one being allowed into an escape pod while the rest are fryed in an unfortunite reactor meltdown.
