Wow, I`d forgotten about this aspect of Quetz, with the overbearing parents forcing her into something she didn`t really want. No wonder she escapes into that cyber MMO.
I kind of feel sorry for her, but her attitude so far doesn’t seemed to have helped the situation. Then again, I know from experience that it’s hard to develop a positive attitude and a plan to get out in that situation, so I don’t blame her (much) for being so abrasive.
It looks like she is starting to see things on a more positive note, though, no matter how slight. Here’s hoping she makes a break for it sometime soon.
On a slightly different note, does anyone else picture her mother as a sort of boiling tornado-cloud being as opposed to a human, or is it just me?

I think she really needs to get out of there if that’s her mothers attitude. It certainly isn’t helping her.
