…and no, not the good news you might be expecting re BG and baby. Still waiting on that.

The good news is that funding has just been confirmed on two 45 minute featurettes that I will be directing for TVNZ later in the year. Of course theres plenty of pre-production as well, so what it adds up to is steady work and a decent steady income for this year at least.

This news is particularly relevant to Angels, because it was entirely ‘Mitsabi’s Dream’ that sold the production company making the features on my directing abilities and convinced them to put my name down as director. So I owe everyone who donated to the film and helped in its creation very special thanks.

Now we’re off out to buy a big screen TV to celebrate
